Owner, Web Strategist
As owner of OIR Interactive, Justin oversees all operations of the agency making sure that client projects are completed on time and on budget. He is the central point of contact for all clients to ensure their satisfaction as well as offering advice and guidance for future web strategies. Justin attended school in Ithaca, NY at Tompkins Cortland College studying Business Administration and Marketing. He founded Twilight Pictures, LLC in 2004 which grew to become OIR Interactive, LLC in early 2009.
Social Media, SEO PPC Consultant
Michelle Perez-Carroll has been marketing multi-industry B2B and B2C products and services over the Internet since 1999. Carroll strategizes with our clients to develop, execute and manage innovative search engine marketing programs to get the best possible results.
Perez-Carroll graduated in 1997 from Florida State University receiving her BA in English and Communications.
Lead Programmer
Jeffrey is responsible for coding the complex back-end systems and databases that power the sites that OIR Interactive builds. His expert skills include PHP, JavaScript, AJAX and XHTML/CSS. Jeffrey also maintains the servers that host our clients' sites, ensuring smooth and flawless operation for all visitors. Jeffrey graduated in 2007 with a BS in Scientific and Technical Communication from Michigan Technological University.

Pamela is an expert when it comes to promoting your brand through email campaigns and analyzing the data to get the best possible return on every dollar you spend. Additionally, Pamela possesses a tremendous knowledge of HTML and other programming languages and how to best interface those languages with a complex, sophisticated CRM system
